On March 31, 2022, DNR Customs LLC entered into a settlement with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) to resolve alleged violations of Section 203(a)(30(A) and 203(a)(3)(B) of the Clean Air Act, related to removing and/or rendering inoperative devices or elements of design and the selling, offering to sell, and/or installing defeat devices for use with heavy-duty diesel engines.
By signing a consent agreement with U.S. EPA, DNR Customs LLC has certified that it will comply with Section 203(a)(3) of the CAA, which makes it unlawful for: “(A) any person to remove or render inoperative any device or element of design installed on or in a motor vehicle or motor vehicle engine in compliance with regulations under [Title II of the CAA] prior to its sale and delivery to the ultimate purchasers, or for any person knowingly to remove or render inoperative any such device or element of design after such sale and delivery to the ultimate purchaser; or (B) for any person to manufacture or sell, or offer to sell, or install, any part or component intended for use with, or as part of, any motor vehicle or motor vehicle engine, where a principal effect of the part or component is to bypass, defeat, or render inoperative any device or element of design installed on or in a motor vehicle engine in compliance with regulations under this subchapter, and where the person knows or should know that such part or component is being offered for sale or installed for such use or put to such use.”
DNR Customs LLC paid a civil penalty and will comply with the consent agreement to ensure ongoing compliance with the Clean Air Act. As stated in the consent agreement, DNR Customs LLC neither admits nor denies the factual allegations in the settlement.

FASS TITANIUM SERIES DIESEL FUEL LIFT PUMP 165GPH DODGE CUMMINS 5.9L AND 6.7L 2005-2018This kit includes a FASS STK-1002 (Bulkhead and Suction Tube Kit). Machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum, the Bulkhead fitting functions as both a suction tube and return and features a 5/8″ Suction Tube along with a ½” Fuel Return Port. This new and improved version from our previous Suction Tube Kit allows the user to plum their FASS return line directly to their bulkhead fitting, eliminating all cutting of the filler neck, and significantly speeds up the installation process. The pickup tube is fabricated of PTFE Teflon which can be easily cut to adapt to different depth of fuel tanks. Properly installed, you can safely operate down to about 1/8 tank of fuel.
